How It Works?

Register & Receive an Invitation
Create a profile and register under the selected stream. Eligible candidates may receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) based on scoring, demand, and provincial priorities.

Apply for Provincial Nomination
Submit a complete application with required documents to the BC PNP. Once approved, you receive a provincial nomination from British Columbia.

Apply for Canadian Permanent Residence
Use your provincial nomination to apply for Canadian Permanent Residence with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
Eligibility
- Minimum personal net worth (typically CAD 600,000 or more, depending on the stream)
- Minimum eligible business investment (generally CAD 200,000+)
- Minimum 3 years of business ownership or senior management experience
- Active and ongoing management of the business in British Columbia
- Creation of at least one full-time job for a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
- Intention to reside in British Columbia and support economic development
